Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your item! 😢

To determine whether a valid warranty claim exists, please send a short video demonstrating the issue to info@milkbarbreastpumps.com.au. 

For instances where we need to assess the suction of a product, you can use any part of the body to demonstrate (we do not require you to demonstrate on any area that you do not feel comfortable with). 

We want to get this sorted out as quickly as possible, so once the video is received we will contact our supplier and inform you of the next steps.
